The Diagnostic

A short, structured review of business operations.

We sit with the founder and the team, watch how the business actually runs — not how it's meant to — and assess the real state of operations. The outcome is a practical written assessment with prioritised recommendations and clear next steps. For many businesses, the diagnostic is the clarity they needed.
